I have been practicing the yoga since 2005 after learning the SSY course. It is a continual habit rather than a continuous practice. In suryapet, in I have attended the classes by pratap maharaj.Before conducting the classes, he demonstrated the floating on the water and delivered a lecture in that status.I asked him to tell me the secret of floating on the water. He explained the way of controlling the breath.
Further, I also know that some other person in my native district Adilabad have also demonstrated the floating on the water.
In the last week of August and September first week , I had an opportunity to stay in a hotel in panjim, goa with swimming pool facility for 3 days.I started practicing to float on the water.I have successfully completed to float on the water.I did it by staying in the posture of padmasan.It makes the things easier in the shallow waters and gives more stability in the water.It is also important that there would not be any tension or anxiety prevails in the mind of the performer.
The scientific principle of floating on water is simply explained. Even some water plants have air balloon(bubbles) built in them.That is why they float on water . Similarly, air(breath) has to controlled to create air balloons in the body.Ofcourse, a long time practice may be required to do this.
Subsequently, I made a call to Raghu guruji , a MMY Guru and who imparted yoga training to public health workers at khammam. He told me that even a few people, countable number on fingers, are floating in the air.
I assumed that any one decreases their density less than the air by increasing the air bubbles in their body can float in the air.It may require more time of airlocking capacity (Vayu dighbandanam), may be upto 5 minutes.
Subsequently, I have performed the floating feat on water in the last week of October in the river Godavari near Rayapatnam and gudemgutta, which divides the Adilabad and karimnagar districts.
Further, i did the same task for third time in Hyderabad in a swimming pool on the auspicious day of Holi .This time i am cautious to take photos of the fete. The same is sent to all my friends and well wishers.
Thus, my dream of floating on the water is completed. May be , I have to revise my target to float in the air.who will help me to reach my destiny, it is not known yet.But, I will find him soon.
