Dear head of Samsung India,
i would like to give you suggestions for improving your sales , basing on my experience .

You may well aware that there are many issues raised from Doklam stand off to Galwan valley incident between India and China. Subsequently, Many Indians have stopped buying the Chinese goods. Due to that Samsung has become the largest seller of the smart phones in the Indian market.

In the recent past 2 incidents have changed my mindset. Point one, One person has purchased a chinese tab for the use of his son to pursue his online classes. I have opposed the move by him. He simply answered that the Chinese tabs are cheaper and he can’t afford the cost of samsung tabs.

Point two, one of my employee had also purchased the chinese phone stating the lower price of chinese phones over the Samsung.
In this regard, i would like to bring it to your kind notice that earlier your operations were in china. Presently, your operations are from India and Vietnam, where manufacturing costs are comparatively lower. Transportation charges are also decreased.

Moreover , the production of units have also increased.

All the above factors would allow you to decrease the cost of each phone scrupulously. This decrement of price of manufacturing has to be transferred to the Indian consumers in the selling price.

I would also like to bring to your notice that if you don’t eliminate the competition of the Chinese smart phone, it would be near impossible in the future. Also, other smart phone companies will launch the operations in India.

Hence, I also request to manufacture the cheap smart phones to attract the Indian middle class to increase your sales and lower the prices to extent possible . You are still to go a long way to get maximum share in Indian market.
