It is expected that by 2040, the oil reserves in the most of the Gulf Countries will be exhausted or mining the crude petroleum will not be competitive over other energy options.
In this regard, we need to think over many things, including the international affairs.
India uses to get the large foreign exchange remittance from the middle east. Many Indians are employed in that area. By 2040, most of the Indians will loose their employment opportunities. India need to explore other destinations to get the employment opportunities.

So far, only a few middle east countries have concentrated on the agricultural. Their main source of food is exports from other countries. When they don’t have the adequate financial resources, other countries will not export food and other commodities there.

Hence, India and Israel must help the Gulf countries to take up the agricultural activities . This will create the new employment opportunities for Indians, especially poor farming families. There is need of greening of the desert areas in the middle east. If these things are not done, the most affected countries will be Isreal, Iran and India. Thus, these 3 countries need to evince interest in helping the middle east countries. Otherwise, they will be in the hands of the anti-social elements. For this India have to orchestrate the friendship between Israel and Iran, also between Iran and Saudi Arabia. This will bring the peace in the Middle east.

Due to the Global warming , the desertification increases in the future. The sea levels will iincrease. New vector borne diseases will be emanated . If greening is not done in the deserts of middle east, it will further worsen the conditions there. They require the world class hospitals and Human Resources in hospital sector in interior areas.

India should take lead role in getting the available financial resources with the middle east in the modern sectors like telecom, Renewable Energy, Electrical Autos, Artificial intelligence, etc. Saudi Arabia is diversifying its economic resources in to other sectors. Other countries should also take inspiration from Saudi Arabia and invest available resources in to diversified sectors.

Otherwise, In absence of adequate resources, the marauding forces from middle east will be on India, a Golden peacock to gain the resources. The weak Governments in the middle east may not control the marauders.We need to be alert with our modern weapons. We can’t neglect our western boarders. Pakistan may support the marauders with a feeling of anger on India.

India also need to concentrate to track marauders with the adequate Satellites and drones like technologies. We need to modernize our weapon systems. We also need to enhance our security forces on western boarders. We should not allow illegal immigrants.

Wherever Sunni and Shia conflict is present and in absence of resources, Shias will be definitely look at the India like other previous emigrants such as parsis, jews, etc.
In this regard, to tackle the problems of shias and marauders, India need to strengthen the Iran and Afghanistan. Both the countries will be act as buffer states in tackling the issues of enemies.

In the way back to the previous period of Lord shiva and Lord Rama, some Indians were sent to Iran and made her a country, which protected the India from the marauders. Iran plays very vital role in the International affairs. We need to maintain the friendly relationship with Iran at any cost. If Iran is protected, automatically India is protected.

India and all Indians should formulate the long term strategy to protect the shias. We need to protect them and support in every country to get the wholehearted support of Iran.
In 2040, Pakistan may suffer with the internal troubles or disintegrate . It will view India as the reason for it’s troubles. India must be very cautious with Pakistan. Self-isolation of China is a matter of time. India may not get trouble during 2040.

India need to prepare the vision/ policy document to tackle exhaustion of oil reserves problem in future . In presence of such document, the officers and politicians will have awareness over such problems and will tackle easily in the future.

On similar issues also, we need to have the long term strategy to tackle them and start preparing the policy documents, on the lines of the western nations.
