Ramu is a nice guy and selected as municipal commissioner through the erstwhile APPSC. He don’t have God father or care to maintain. He was posted to a very problematic municipality in Rayalaseema area. Manhandling is quite common affair.
Ramu is courageous, but worry some inside about the galoring problems. Council meeting date was fixed and quarrel started between the ruling and opposition is started.
Taking note of the situation, commissioner kept every one at distance.
After a few days of joining, municipal shops are auctioned.Where nobody was participated. After waiting for half an hour, Ramu postponed the auction. A few minutes later, chairperson along with a few council members have arrived to the chamber and asked to conduct the auction immediately. Ramu swiftly answered that it can’t be conducted. Chairperson argued that RI told him that auction can be conducted.
Subsequently, Ramu called RI.in a fraction of seconds commissioner Ramu started writing something on a white paper and completed it in a minute or two and put it in the hands of RI and stated leaving the place. The astonished chairperson yelled where are you going when i am here. Ramu told him that delegation order is with RI and he will conduct the auction. The bewildering RI opened the paper and started running. The chairperson is after him. RI had no way but to climb the wall to escape. Clinched him , in which the trousers was tear off.Chairperson continued the abusing.
Hence, the moral of the story is that don’t dig the pits for others.You too may fell down. Don’t misguide the political representatives for your own interests.
