India required many leaders to compete with the developed countries. The thought aroused in my mind was that a chairperson of a town of 1.00 lakh population deals with 25 crore Rupees or more.If leadership is not wise, development is a nightmare.
We have to find out a solution for providing efficient leadership. My solutions are as follows :
1. Graduation must be the qualification for contesting any kind of election or officiating any post of the Government. The people who born after 1995 and contest an election or officiate any nominated post must be a Graduate. This ensures the economic discipline. Brings dynamism in the administration. It also enhance the Human Development, as the would be leaders use to persue the education.
2. The training on that post should be imparted for at least one month period to ensuring the subject knowledge. Even the Group -4 employees are given training. A public Representative, who deals with more than 1000 employees doesn’t have the training and subject knowledge. He simply depends on the on his personal assistants or secretaries.
3. A preliminary entrance exam has to be conducted to test the knowledge on the post that going to be contested or officiating.
I feel all the above precautions ensures the efficient leadership and development of our country.
