Further, let us discuss about the 8 components of the yoga with brief description as follows :
a. Yama: leaving all the bad habits.
b. Niyama : inculcating all the good habits such as satya, ahimsa, asateya, aparigraha and brahmacharya
c. Asana : Doing the physical activity, while inhaling and exhaling air. For some asanas such as surya namaskaras, some people utter mantras.
d. Pranayama : Controlling the breath. Deep inhaling and holding and exhalation is preferred. The shunyaka, existing with zero air is the subsequent step.
e. Pratyahara : Drawing out the 5 senses from distracting thing.
f. Dhyana : It is concentrating on the breath by controlling the thoughts. In the last stage, he will be thoughts less.

C. Pranashakti of the yogi will be more than ordinary person deterring others without saying a single word. It also increases the memory, spontaneity and problems solving ability.
d. A yogi use to have the self control by drawing out his senses from material things and disturbing things. Thus, he is self confident.
e. Yogi use to be very well planned with vision and intuition, enable him to do the things with institutionalised and innovative processes.
f. He use adapt to any conditions. It enables him to be very cool . That attracts many people to contribute for his cause.
g. He looses his ego and mingles with everyone, enabling him to extract the desired works from other people. He leads the community for wellbeing.
h. He feels the responsibility of given task and for wellbeing of the society.
i. He can concentrate on the matters elucidated by the others. Enabling him to learn more. This makes him self confident.
j. He works effectively even in presence of less water and food.
Other Attitudinal Changes:
a. He learns that he is a Atma form and he has no death. Thus, he doesn’t feel the fear of death. It keeps him self confident.
b. He learns that all the problems are tests imposed by God and he attends them with faith in God and not worrying about results. He accepts them as part of life.
