I was taught physics in inter by somireddy sir. He made me an average student in physics. In atmosphere like Khanapur, i passed with below average marks.
I was an average student in physics till the degree first year. Even i couldn’t clear my degree 1st year physics in my first attempt, due to concentration on EAMCET.
During the second year, i was taught physics by peramandlu sir, a native of Khammam. I learnt concepts of light, lenses,electricity, etc. This made physics easy to me. Even during the practicals also the maintenance of uniformity, etc. Was taught to us by him.
Due to the involvement in the business activities right from the intermediate, i couldn’t attend the tuition. The teachings of peramandlu sir in college has made physics easy. Later shiva prasad sir also taught classes with a lot of interest.
After completion of my degree, i worked as part time lecturer in physics . I got 12th rank in B.Ed (physical sciences ). I was little strong in chemistry from starting. The improved strength in physics caused better rank in B.Ed.
I have got my first interview in Indian Railways exam of Electrical Signal Maintenance (E.S.M.) with the physics. Ofcourse, with over enthusiasm , i couldn’t clear the interview.
Subsequently, i joined as Municipal Commissioner after clearing the Group-2 examination in 2001. Here i applied the knowledge of physics. I have done many energy efficiency initiatives under the guidance of Dr.B. Janardhan Reddy sir, the then Project Co-ordinater, APUSP. ( Read my initiatives separately.)
In Suryapet, i not only implemented the energy efficiency initiatives, but also got the 1st LED project in Telangana area. I have also got installed the solar panels to households by getting them loans . I convinced them that they can pay the installments with the savings.
On one day i visited the solar lantern manufacturing facility. There i observed manufacture of CFL based lanterns. I adviced that if they use LED , cost cutting is possible, as panel cost will heavily come down. I encouraged my staff to go for LED solar lanterns.
Later, i got installed the solar roof top systems by arranging bank loans. I could convince the beneficiaries that the saving of Electrical bill is more than or equal to EMI.

Later, while i was Joint Director, i persued the energy efficiency. I have motivated the EESL to proceed to Hon’ble minister sri.KTR.The LED project was materialised without spending a single penny from ULBs.

Later in khammam , Ramagundam and other places the Energy efficiency works continued. This is all because of the interest created by peramandlu sir in physics and groomed by Janardhan Reddy sir in energy efficiency .A few people acts marvellous in presence of Janardhan sir and neglects his teachings. I am his true follower and took forward this visionary preaching. I need write another article on pro-poor activities, solid waste management, meeting school children,etc., as and when get time.
